We received the following newsflash from EVO/COPESTONE mortgage originators: ABSA have issued a notification that all Offer to Purchase documents (OTP’s) accompanying applications for home loan finance to Absa must be fully complete, signed by both the seller and the purchaser, whose respective signatures must be witnessed by at least one witness.
