What a comrades this year proved to be, with South African, David Gatebe smashing the down run record this year.
This incredible ultramarathon brings 23,000 people together in one awesome South African spectacle. And for those that run it, many say that the unity you feel is insane!
This video, sent to me by Shaun Black who ran his 8th comrades this year, shows how this event, and sport in general, can bring unity to this incredible country.
