WATER CERTIFICATES - URGENT! Please click the below links to see the notification we received from the COCT as well as the new Certificate which they have issued. COCT notification New COCT certificate You will notice that the new Certificate now includes additional items that must be reported on. Interestingly COCT also no longer wants its logo on the Certificate. One can only imagine that they have been inundated with calls from irate buyers, who have assumed that COCT are responsible for questionable plumbers’ reports!
